Hi, my name is Myriam. I'm a homeschooling single parent navigating the challenges of making an income while striving for a healthier, non-toxic lifestyle. My faith in Jesus guides me through these obstacles, and I believe that Yahweh opens doors for His glory. Cooking has always been my passion, and I find joy in creating delicious, nourishing food that brings people together. My journey into baking, especially sourdough, started with a desire for clean ingredients and has evolved into a mission to provide real food for my community, one loaf at a time. With gratitude for what I've been entrusted with, I've turned my baking into a small business, sharing my creations while glorifying Yahweh. Each loaf I share is a reflection of His love, and I hope to nourish both body and spirit through my work.

DOUGHRCAS: She was always doing good!

We named our starter (even if its silly) after one of my favorite, small but powerful, stories in the bible. I knew it was the one because I have a calling to be a modern day Dorcas. People have an experience with Jesus when they have an experience with me.

In Joppa there was a disciple named Tabitha (in Greek her name is Dorcas); she was always doing good and helping the poor. About that time she became sick and died, and her body was washed and placed in an upstairs room. Lydda was near Joppa; so when the disciples heard that Peter was in Lydda, they sent two men to him and urged him, "Please come at once!"
Peter went with them, and when he arrived he was taken upstairs to the room. All the widows stood around him, crying and showing him the robes and other clothing that Dorcas had made while she was still with them.
Peter sent them all out of the room; then he got down on his knees and prayed. Turning toward the dead woman, he said, "Tabitha, get up!" She opened her eyes, and seeing Peter she sat up. He took her by the hand and helped her to her feet. Then he called for the believers, especially the widows, and presented her to them alive. This became known all over Joppa, and many people believed in the Lord.

Cinnamon Swirl

This cinnamon sugar loaf brings me back to quiet Saturday mornings with my grandma.
We’d sneak a slice together before anyone else woke up, savoring each bite like a secret. Technically, it was meant for my grandpa’s breakfasts during the week — but that made it even more special.

I’ve reimagined her store bought version with a healthier twist, and I like to think she’d be proud. Especially when it’s topped with honey cream cheese — pure bliss. Nostalgic, cozy, and just sweet enough.

Garlic, Cheese & Herbs

"It’s all in the name! This garlic bread isn’t just good—it’s irresistible. Bursting with bold flavor, it’s the snack my kids beg for on repeat. Pair it with pasta, stack it into epic sandwiches, top it with avocado for a glow-up, or enjoy every garlicky bite on its own. Garlic lovers, consider this your new obsession!"

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Tiff, who? This cookie is anything but basic! It’s the top-seller on my menu for a reason. There’s just something about letting the dough ferment for exactly 18 hours—it takes the flavor to a whole new level. The result? Soft and gooey inside, crisp around the edges, and perfectly thick—not too chunky, not too thin. Simply the best. Tiff, if you’re down for a sourdough collab, hit me up, girl!

Cinnamon Rolls

These cinnamon rolls are truly the best! Soft, pillowy, and irresistibly gooey, they’re little clouds of heaven in every bite. Available in the classic version or with seasonal twists, they’re always delicious—and always a crowd-pleaser. You really can’t go wrong with this one.
